The AFS4Food project, coordinated by CIRAD, set out to improve the food security and wellbeing of African rural households through agroforestry. This agro-ecological farming method serves to reconcile food crop and cash crop production more effectively. In addition to assessing the performance of agroforestry systems in three countries, the project is launching a network of all the partners concerned.
