With the global exhaustion of phosphorus resources, organic waste of animal, urban or agroindustrial origin are now a veritable mine of crop fertilizers for the future. CIRAD recently launched a comparative study in Réunion of the phosphorus fertilizer value of various types of organic waste suitable for applications on tropical soils.
