CIRAD, represented by its President Managing Director Michel Eddi, signed two major cooperation agreements for Franco-Brazilian scientific partnership and ongoing research with Brazil in late 2017. The first puts the seal on the renewal of a partnership with EMBRAPA dating back more than thirty years. The other formalizes the recent collaborations between CIRAD and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, the Brazilian federal research funding body.
