The latest "Eating in the Cities" symposium was held on 30 September and 1 October 2020. This third, virtual edition shone a light on the changes in gender relations as a result of urbanization on three continents. It was organized by CIRAD and the UNESCO Chair in World Food Systems, and brought together 480 participants from more than 40 countries. Extracts.
