Michel Eddi, CIRAD President Managing Director, and Maricela Diaz Rodriguez, Director of Science and Innovation at the Cuban Ministry of Agriculture, signed a general agreement on 6 March 2015. The agreement strengthens the institutional bases of collaborative operations between CIRAD and Cuban organizations in terms of agricultural and environmental research and training.
