To mark World Food Day, Etienne Hainzelin, CIRAD Co-leader of GloFoods, presents the main trends highlighted by this French metaprogramme on food security. The programme encompasses 27 research projects and involves a hundred or so scientists from CIRAD and INRA and many other partners.
