How can funding be mobilized for work on climate and development in an effective, relevant way? According to the participants in a seminar on "Research and innovation: cooperation for finance mobilization" held on 11 December alongside the One Planet Summit*, it is necessary to invest in knowledge. That knowledge, which is key to understanding the factors to be modified in relation to cyurrent development models, in both North and South, should contribute to a new form of prosperity that is resilient, low-carbon and fairer. The seminar was organized by IDDRI, under the auspices of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and with the support and commitment of CIRAD, the IRD and the Fondation pour les études et recherches sur le développement international (FERDI).
